Shipping Cost

Our standard next day shipping is available starting at £8.00. The exact shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery and order details. 

All available stock orders, if ordered before 2:30pm on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped on that same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the very next day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing exceptional order volumes, then there may be a delay to the shipping of your order, however you will be notified.

Domestic Shipping Rates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Same Day Delivery.

In the event of a same day delivery being required, do not check out via the online store, instead contact us and a member of the sales team will send you a bespoke order checkout facility via email. Shipping charges will be estimated based on your location.

In-store pickup.

On checking out, you can select the free local pickup option. Location for collection is presented at checkout. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up same day if ordered before 2:30pm, any orders placed after this time will be available the next working day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with any instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are store hours on Monday – Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International Shipping.

In the event of an international delivery being required, do not check out via the online store, instead contact us and a member of the sales team will send you a bespoke order via email. Shipping charges will be estimated based on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Parsch UK Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Where available, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 48 of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@parsch-uk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours of taking the delivery at sales@parsch-uk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
