What does the nozzle do?
In addition to controlling flow, speed, direction, mass, shape, and/or pressure of a stream that emerges from a nozzle, they are also commonly used to control the rate of flow. As fluid velocity increases through a nozzle, pressure energy decreases.
How do I choose the right nozzle?
You can determine the correct nozzle tip size by determining the gallons per minute (GPM) of output required and selecting the nozzle tip size that will provide this flow rate when operated at the recommended pressure range.
